These burger bowls are SO tasty. I’m not joking when I say these are almost better than a burger. They taste exactly like a big mac and are so fresh and filling. This is going to be on my weekly rotation. Hope you make them!

Beef:

1 onion, finely diced

500g beef mince

1 tbs smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic granules

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Sprinkle salt and pepper

Chips:

2 medium potatoes, sliced into chips

1 tbs olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Sprinkle of salt

Big mac sauce:

4 tbs mayonnaise

2 tbs tomato sauce

2 tsp yellow mustard

1 tbs pickles, finely diced

Per bowl:

1 cup cos lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup tasty cheese, grated

2 tbs pickles

2 tbs big mac sauce

Coat the sliced potato in olive oil and seasonings. Cook the potato chips in the airfryer for 20 minutes or until crispy and cooked through. In a large saucepan on high heat, sauté the onion in a little olive oil until translucent. Add the beef and brown, whilst breaking up with a wooden spoon. Add the seasonings and cook for a further few minutes until the beef is cooked through. Meanwhile, make the big mac sauce by combining the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, yellow mustard and diced pickles. Assemble your bowls with lettuce, beef, tomato, chips, cheese, pickles and a decent drizzle of big mac sauce.

I enjoyed reading this recipe because it offers a creative way to enjoy the flavors of a classic burger in a lighter and more balanced meal. It reminded me of a time when I started experimenting with healthier versions of my favorite foods and was surprised by how satisfying they could be. During that period, I used the engineering dissertation writing service while managing a demanding academic workload, which helped me stay organized. The recipe is a great reminder that small changes can make familiar meals both enjoyable and nutritious. Your post makes me smile. Nice post.
