2-Ingredient Flatbread

These are the most delicious, fluffy flatbreads that you can dream of. You can turn these into just about anything… wraps, naan bread, tacos, pizza bases. It’s such a versatile recipe and all you need is 2 ingredients! Of course, you can add in seasonings, herbs or a little olive oil for your preference. Recipe is below!



2-Ingredient Flatbread

Makes 5-6 small flatbreads

1 cup Greek yoghurt

1 cup self raising flour


Optional: you could also add a pinch of salt and a touch of olive oil



In a bowl, combine the ingredients together and mix until a dough forms. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough into a ball and cut into 6 small pieces. Roll out with a rolling pin until thin and round. In a medium saucepan on high heat with a little olive oil, add one flatbread at a time and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until a light golden crust forms. Serve the flatbread whilst hot and crispy!
