Dark choc & walnut banana bread
This banana bread is so toasty with the chopped walnuts and melted dark chocolate! It's the perfect treat to have that's not overly sweet. I love the addition of the walnuts for some extra crunchy texture and extra protein/healthy fats. This recipe also only uses one bowl and I'm all about less clean up. Enjoy a warm slice with your cuppa to beat that 3pm slump during the work week! Happy baking guys x
